The breakfast selection was plentiful, with delicious croissants. The staff was friendly and spoke English well, making communication easy. The hotel is located in a great spot, a short walk away from some really nice restaurants and cafes. It was also within a close distance to the hot springs and spa facilities, which were a highlight of the trip.
The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. The room also tended to get cold at night, and there was no other heating option available.

This hotel was very comfortable with excellent italian breakfast, ham, cheese and rolls available for non sweet toothes with.an abundance of homemade cakes and biscuits all served by a wonderful helpful and enthusiastic maitre- d.The room and bathroom were both spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff mainly friendly and helpful. We booked bed and breakfast as we used Chianciano as a base to explore the beautiful Orca Valley but beware there are few restaurants available as most people visiting the Spa facilities in town appeared to be on full board. Grand Hotel Milano and staff make you feel so welcome here it is like you are one of the family!! Rooms were fabulous. The decor of the building beautiful. Lots of common areas to relax in both inside and out. Close to the thermal spas and more of the Tuscan countryside! A great place to stay!

The service is phenomenal, the location is good, I felt that instead of being a guess, a was a family friend. I can not express well enough the happy stay of mine that I was into throughout my stay.
I did not see any negative traits in any aspect of the operation.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for us as a couple of travelling Canadians new to the area. It was very close to the central station, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas. We also enjoyed the fact that it was within walking distance to the historic center where we could grab a drink and soak up the local atmosphere.
We highly recommend this hotel to all.

100% client orientated and good quality and value for money, the best client friendly approach in years, the hotel amenities are a bit out of date but it is all compensated by very cozy rooms and very friendly family run staff that in most cases one rarely comes across in hotels of better and new facilities

Just returned from a lovely Christmas break in Italy. the hotel had an amazing swimming pool which was perfect for relaxing and soaking up some sun. the breakfast was really good, with a variety of options to choose from. the location was perfect, just a short walk to some great restaurants and shops. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and always happy to give us recommendations on where to go and what to see.
The room we were given did not have aircon which was uncomfortable as it was summer in Italy. even though we booked the room with a bath, there was no shower curtain, and the whole bathroom was left soaking wet after a shower.

Located in a charming Italian town, the hotel is surrounded by a variety of great restaurants serving local food. Check out Tribeca for a memorable dining experience. the hotel is also close to the historic center, perfect for sipping drinks and immersing oneself in the local culture. While some areas of the hotel are impressive, the staff are the real stars, providing excellent service to a couple of travelling Canadians new to the area.
The hotel is in need of updates, and some rooms may be outdated.
